Casa O - Cochera

Cochera stands on Carrera 8 in San Diego, inside the walls, in the part of Cartagena where almost everything worth doing is reached on foot. It is one of the smaller Casa O houses and the most straightforward: eight guests, four bedrooms, four beds, and five bathrooms between them — more bathrooms than bedrooms, which is rarer in the old town than it sounds. A pool and a jacuzzi sit in the middle of the house. The size is the point. Eight people in a house built for eight is a different holiday from eight people rattling around a house built for thirty, and it suits a single family, or four couples travelling together, better than anything larger here would. Casa O keeps five houses inside the walls, close enough to one another to combine when a group outgrows one.
